The Revelation-Outlook Bridge is a FREE Outlook plug-in (available for Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010) enabling you to link your Outlook email with Revelation quickly and easily. This is especially helpful when clients email a technician directly rather than going through the Revelation system or phone your help desk. This allows you to convert an email into a new Revelation ticket instantly or add the information in the email to an existing ticket. The text of the ticket becomes the text of the Action Note.
Prerequisites
Outlook Bridge Classic works with:
- Outlook 2010 and earlier
- Revelation helpdesk 2015 and earlier
Revelation on-premise users
